LSSBB, Mr. Debasish, The Trainer was excellent, well informed, engaging, patient, in explaining his previous experience, teaching the programs, step by step. The program is well prepared, organized and systematic. The methodologies are simple and easy to understand. So, I wish IMC continuous success in providing quality education. Miss ZEBA and Miss Frexie are very friendly and supportive. Always send me information, schedule of the class, sending reminders, ahead of time. my grade to my councilors are EXCELLENT. Service Team are very friendly, i did not encounter difficulties, the service team will provide you what ever you requested as per the programs.

The program is easy to understand and very useful in real-life applications. It is well-organized and covers all aspects of lean six sigma. The trainer, Mr Pankaj, is very knowledgeable in his subject area and very generous in sharing his knowledge and skills. The lecture is interesting and effective. Ms Rose is very helpful, polite, approachable, and easy to communicate with. She is very patient in addressing concerns even during program inquiries. Overall, the IMC Team is polite and good to deal with.

The virtual recording by Mr Shashi Prakash was excellent. I did not feel sleepy for the course of 3 hours and was very much. Zeba is helpful from the start and was very accommodating to my complex schedule. The service Team responds immediately.

Abhishek Kumar was a great trainer, Friendly, resourceful and engaging. He mad the session very inviting and interactive. Kumar was very patient with me as a candidate with no statistical background . The session was customized to suit my field of work . Appreciate his effort and willing to take another session with him in the future. Zeba Fathima is such a dependable person . She is approachable and really professional; available with answers for all my calls, messages and emails at any time. She was so focused at her work and diligent; at the beginning she explained to me the best belt that matches my current career and she coordinated with the trainers so I got the most convenient timing for the sessions. She had explained the assessment method and provided me with all the necessary handouts. She was of great assistance and she has contributed a lot to make the entire experience fruitful.

Mr. Sashi Prakash he is knowledgeable. Managing time well from the program point of view, the answer given by him were very much satisfactory. He was able to understand the questions even when those were not asked to the point. Mr. Gaurav Bharadwaj was very cooperative and understanding. Because of him only I was able to do the course.

I'm glad that I had enrolled in this Lean Six Sigma e-learning Training program held by IMC Institute. I had just completed the LSSYB yet I already gained a lot on the basics and fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma (thanks for their trainer who are very knowledgeable in this field). There are two more courses to go - the LSSGB and LSSBB. My suggestion is that you may want to consider to split your long training videos into more shorter ones (like for example, per topic basis). This way the learners who wish to replay the specific topic for review, he/she can easily find it. Also, I would like to promote this course for those individuals and/or professionals out there who wish to learn Lean Six Sigma and become a practitioner or certified in this field, then I would recommend IMC Institute for you. Enroll now while they are still offering a discount and you will surely gain a lot of learnings from them. As to my counsellor Mr. Vaibhav, I'm so grateful for his kind assistance and his sense of professionalism in handling concerns and inquiries. He always find time to assist me in all of those. And we have a long way to go as there are two more courses that I need to complete yet and I think I will bother him a lot in the future. So I hope he wont get tired in assisting me in the future.
