Ms. Aliya support at her best. She is a great resource as she can understand the problems and find out the fastest way solution. As a counsellor, she put all her efforts to facilitate and guide as per needed. The service team is good and always ready to facilitate us.

In a word Mr. Sashi Prakash is Excellent Instructor. Mr Farhan and Miss Aisha Very very Good, humble and helpful person.They are all ways help me to solve my problem..

The program is excellent, not only because it is self-paced but also there are concrete examples given in every topic, and my counselor, Rose de Luna, helped in reminding me to finish the program.

Program and trainer Mr. Shashi, has been kind in assisting me on my concerns with the program. My Counsellor, Michelle taught us well in preparation for the exam. Service team is very reliable and response very quickly.

The counsellor has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. Soumya was very easy to connect to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated. I think the IMC service team is doing a great job by providing such effective and much needed courses.
