Lesson is too long and slow. Could have been better if compressed in 1 or 2 hours maximum but the institution’s customer service and guidance is excellent!

The trainer was very clear in the approach, The tools which are taught in the training are very interesting and valuable to the business in analyzing the waste and variations in the our processes.
