My overall experience with the training has been overwhelming. I had the opportunity to learn the material at my own pace. I liked the system outlined and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques.
