The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality. The training covered the concepts well but require more in-depth knowledge and sessions for practice and working on some life problems rather than doing just from course material doing them mechanically in Minitab taking sample data and not explaining which data is used for what and why such data is pre-populated.
