Abhishek Kumar was a great trainer, Friendly, resourceful and engaging. He mad the session very inviting and interactive. Kumar was very patient with me as a candidate with no statistical background . The session was customized to suit my field of work . Appreciate his effort and willing to take another session with him in the future. Zeba Fathima is such a dependable person . She is approachable and really professional; available with answers for all my calls, messages and emails at any time. She was so focused at her work and diligent; at the beginning she explained to me the best belt that matches my current career and she coordinated with the trainers so I got the most convenient timing for the sessions. She had explained the assessment method and provided me with all the necessary handouts. She was of great assistance and she has contributed a lot to make the entire experience fruitful.

I was always skeptical about opting for six sigma, but thanks to IMC and their professional trainers learning six sigma was like a walk in the park. I was able to clear the exams without any hassle. Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)
