My overall experience with the training is awesome. Glad I had the chance to learn the material at my pace and classroom as well. Looking forward to use my knowledge in our organization or personal life. Trainer PC was really patient all the time. He always make sure that we get the knowledge that we needed. With a sincere heart, I would like to say thank you to Ms. Rose for her guidance all the way. She always check my progress and recommend solutions if I'm having trouble. It was a great experience of learning the Six Sigma program with IMC and the trainer Mr. Shahi was an excellent, very knowledgeable person and taught the Lean & Six sigma concepts very well in a simplified way. At a glance it was just simply amazing experience. My counsellor Mr. Vijil was very helpful and was always there to provide the support promptly. Service Team's (Frixie) engagement and communication was really appreciable. They were keen to address common queries and individual concerns in the WhatsApp group and made available the study documents on time after each sessions.

The training plan, modules, and syllabus content for the “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” (LSSBB) is designed very nicely. The trainer Mr.Rohit Viramani has explained and covered each and every topic in detail. While explaining the concepts, the trainer shared real-life examples which really helped us a lot & this is the main aspect which I liked very much. The most important of all the training sessions were interactive; which made it an enjoyable & collaborative unique learning experience. All other provided training materials were adequate and helpful. I would like to thank all the IMC team & its management. All staff is good and supportive whenever required & special thanks to my course coordinator Khaleesi for continuous support and approachable nature. The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.

Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. The counsellor was really helpful and guided me well about the program. The service team was excellent, they've always provided prompt responses whenever asked anything by email. I would definitely recommend IMC to my colleague to pursue Six Sigma or other courses. Thanks!!
