It was a wonderful experience since i used the Elearning i can review the materials over and over again if needed they won't revoke your access and you will still be able to review the materials again if suddenly forgot the things you learn, the teacher are great in explaining details and how the DMAIC works. The program was well designed and very interactive. The sessions not only included the concepts, but also the live examples and experiences of the practitioner. Overall support throughout the program was very good.

Great explanation and presentation ways and good opportunities to ask questions and answered with complete explanation and exercise. Zeba was so supportive and I got full assistance from her whenever I needed.

The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. Everything was perfect. i really appreciate sofia, always available, responds quickly, patient. I am completely satisfied with his professionalism and his customer care.
