A well-diversed and eloquent trainer that spares no effort in making sure the material is well-understood by the attendees. The program covered all aspects of the LSSGB in a smooth and interactive way. The counsellor took his time to explain how Lean Six Sigma course material can help in daily activities in my current work capacity, which is highly appreciated.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is very engaging and helpful, and went out of his way to provide extra materials that will be helpful at work. I learned a lot of very very useful tips understanding lean sigma basic level.

The course was well designed and touched all aspects of the course. Mr. Debashish Mukherjee conducted the course with real life examples and that was necessary to connect the concepts with the problem. Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.
