The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. He covered all the aspect with examples which helped in understanding the subject in its entirety. Thank You IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.

Mr. Shashi Prakash is a great trainer for the LSSBB class organized by the IMC institute. He is absolutely knowledgeable and has great experience in the field. Always open to answer questions and clear everyone's doubts. The whole IMC team and my counsellor Ms. Archi Saini has been really helpful from the beginning of the course till the end. I recommend anyone who wishes to learn about Lean Six Sigma and PMP to get their their certification from the IMC institute. Archi Saini has been such a sweet person assisting me with answering my questions and helping me with anything related to the course. I hope she flourishes in her life and career. The program and trainer were great. The counselor Ms. Shaza was really helpful in assisting with the exam procedures/schedules which had some technical issues, but she was really helpful in coordinating with the technical team and helping in fixing the issues, so I could complete the exam on time.

I enjoyed attending Mr. Sashi's class and learned a lot from him. He's very knowledgeable about the process.
