I am and will forever be grateful for the opportunity given to me by IMC Institute. Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.

The topics per session were very well explained by Professor Sashi. All questions asked by the trainees were thoroughly answered. The program was very engaging and informative. It proved extremely relevant to my current designation as an Asst. Operations Manager. I'm looking forward to applying the skills and knowledge that I've gained in this program. Ms. Rose is always willing to assist and very proactive. All of my inquiries and concerns were addressed in a very professional manner. The Service team provides all the necessary information for the trainees. They responded to the trainees' needs in a timely manner.

Good program overall for learning about six sigma covering from basics to high level. Shashi Sir tried his best to teach the concepts and basics of six sigma and cleared doubts as and when required, we are still connected with him even after completion of the course. Only suggestion to Sir would be to try to introduce practice sessions as well to enhance to the learning experience for the candidates. Always got a prompt response and support from the service team. Mr.Sashi Prakash provides clear view on what is Lean Six Sigma all about which can be of great value when applied to work and daily life , was knowledgeable with Lean Six Sigma and he was excellent in delivering the material so we can understand clearly.
