Mr. Shashi Prakash was the best trainer. His way of teaching is very simple and out of words to explain. He's very communicative and takes enough time to describe even subsidiaries. Thanks to Mr. Shashi Prakash. This is my first experience and seems perfect.

Thank you for a great course and it was structured very well. Remarkable presentation with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real-life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course. I will take away lots of things that I can quickly and easily apply. Rohit Virmani is a perfectly engaging presenter, very easy to listen to and the course was just the right mix of theory and practical demonstration. The program provided a great experience to the learners. Although the majority of the sessions were done thru LMS and recorded virtual training, yet it was very comprehensive, insightful, and explained thoroughly for easy understanding. Kudos to Ms. Ayisha for a proactive, engaging, and practical session. It allowed me to participate in the training even though it was recorded. I am grateful to Shaza for actively accommodating all my queries and being with me on my yellow belt journey. Indeed, she's an extra miler, ensuring all my queries even it was weekend or late night due to time difference.

The lectures were easy to understand, and real-life application scenarios are discussed, so it’s easier to imagine yourself working on six sigma projects while on the program. Ms. Shaza is very friendly and accommodating. She made sure I am able to finish the course and the assessment despite changes in my schedule due to demands at work.

The overall program was very good and in all the training sessions. The trainer explained each concept with practical examples. One of the good Counsellors I would say, she made a quick response to my queries and was a good human being. The Service Team is good.
