Thank you for a great course. Great presentation style with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which all made for a really enjoyable and informative course. I cannot thank you enough for the suggested reading and for thought provoking sessions. Aliya my counsellor was very welcoming and understanding. She did a great job of creating that space for me. I feel so affirmed while also being challenged I love my counsellor interpersonal style and her focus on strategizing practical ways to address and approach mental ruts and hardships in the future. I must say a fantastic organization. The service is smooth and straightforward. Every step taken by them was according to the need of course. Excellent management. Trainer is fantastic and the main thing is the quality of classes. My counsellor Mr. Suryansh is really supportive, he is a great person and mentor. Mr. Viplav and Ms. Soumya are mind blowing, hats off to both of them.

The online session was short but still very informative. The training materials sent after the session is well organized and easy to understand. Responds to queries from participants quickly.
