The classes are really effective. Sofia is really supportive in arranging required study materials and continuous follow up on each stages for any additional support on arranging classes or clearing doubts with the instructor.

The instructor was amazing – very knowledgeable and especially enjoyed how he leveraged his industry knowledge to make the class interesting. Mr. Shashi is an Excellent instructor – enthusiastic, makes learning the material fun, great job of getting as much engagement as possible in a fully virtual setting. Made difficult concepts very simple to understand. Last but not least... Thanks to the IMC Program for conducting such an effective & structured training session. Had a very positive experience working with Soumya and Michelle. Soumya was very easy to connect to and gave me space to do sessions in the way that worked best for me and I came out of them feeling refreshed and motivated. Also, on-time support helped a lot during the course and I appreciate the help both gave me during the session and my learning phase. I think the IMC service team is doing a great job by providing such effective and much needed courses. The program really helps me in achieving my long time dream of becoming a certified lean six sigma black belt. I thought it was impossible for me to get certified but thanks to IMC the promise to my friend Brant Gerald Ramos was now full-field.
