The pre-recorded sessions were easy to follow and thoroughly discussed. It was a great learning experience. I understand that there were some technical glitches along the way, but the aim of the session was never compromised- that is providing attendees sufficient knowledge, theories and practices on this basic six sigma course. The other learning references provided were also of great help to understand the concept better. Rose, the Education Counselor assigned to me has been a great help all throughout my LSSYB experience. She attends to my queries and concerns professionally, gives clear instructions, and sees to it that I have a great learning experience. Kudos!

I love Mr. Shashi Parkash. Ms. Zeba Fatima was my Counsellor during LSSGB Course. Although I had been bothering her persistently for seeking advice, yet she listened to me carefully and provided me the necessary guidance, which helped me in knowing the process of login to the system, accessing to the study material and examination guide.
