Mr. Shashi Prakash was a very nice trainer with excellent knowledge and great in terms of teaching by using good examples to understand the courses. Counsellor Miss Sitara Khan is very much polite, supportive and helpful. I am satisfied with the team always responding and being helpful.

The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality. The Green Belt modules and lectures from IMC are great and articulate. The opportunity to have different trainers for e-learning made the course understandable and clear.
