It was a great experience with Ms. Sampada she helped me in various stages of the programme in a short period of time, and reminded me about the ongoing classes as well as the exam dates properly. If there is any problem regarding with service section she is willing to help at any time and directly connected with the service team. I am happy with the way the service team provided the programme. I am satisfied with the service manager and counsellor especially, Shashi prakash class was excellent The way he presented the whole programme was fabulous.

The trainer made the course extremely beneficial and valuable by sharing his personal experiences and knowledge with the class. The Counselor was very accommodating and responds promptly to my requests. The Service Team did a good job as well.

The program is very flexible as it suits the trainee(s) dynamic schedules. Learning at your own pace is key in this development. While IMC provides the tools, learning, it will be up for the trainee(s) how they will be able to grab on this opportunity and use it according to their needs depending on applicability. The trainer, Shashi Prakash, is a very knowledgeable and experienced trainer, sharing the learning based on combination of theory and real life experiences. Very patient and willing to share his knowledge on the subject. Thank you, Shashi! Rose stood as my support system throughout the journey, always in touch of how you are doing and progressing, assistance you would need and all. I would like to say the program was excellent and also the trainer Mr. Pankaj Chauhan handled the doubts very well and cleared them. My counsellor is Miss Nanka. I would like to appreciate her she cleared all my doubts regarding the program six sigma and all. The service team has been fantastic.
