Program was strategically designed for different audiences with busy schedules. The program is designed in such a streamlined structure which makes it easy and relatable for beginners who are new to the six sigma journey. Mr Shashi explained the concepts in relation to real business problems and case studies. I am happy to take this decision with IMC and Mr Shashi for my skill development. Ms Ashmeen Kaur had really helped me all the way whether it's access to recordings and exam support in form of sample papers to check my preparation level. She had a great contribution. Ms Soumya is always available and active for all the support. The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

The trainer Mr. Sashi has excellent knowledge of all lean tools and methodologies. One minor feedback is to ensure all minute details are shared or updated for us to take the test. Sampadha did good work in onboarding. She followed up in due course to see if any assistance is required. Good work. The service Team followed up for any assistance requirements.
