Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights.
