PMP virtual classes were clear, structured, very detailed. Gave examples and walked us through each process/step, very easy to understand. Support experience for the PMP training was great. Vaibhav who always made himself available whenever we need him. Promptly answered all our questions, made himself available even on his "off" days. Very patient. Appreciate very much all the help. Trainer explain technical topics in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. I like his way of organizing things from lecture to excel file notes to google drive storage of materials. He is confident and knows what he's talking bout. Zeba is very helpful. She always checked on me and asked me how I am doing. She provided insightful ideas so I can complete the course and pass the exam. She helped me out through the process from the registration to payment to training proper and post-training. She's definitely one of the reasons why I have a great and fun learning experience at IMC. Kudos to her and to the team!

The program was complete, thorough, and highly educational, yet surprisingly organized and presented in a manner that was clear, engaging, and easy to understand. I love the balance between theory, calculations, and application. To even make the program better, I would suggest that the lectures also integrate examples and application pertaining to the service industry. The trainer was organized, clear, and undoubtedly an expert in this domain. He can further improve by being more concise as some modules spent a considerable time on common sensical discussions that can further be maximized by citing or working on examples. Zeba is a pleasure to deal with as she has been very polite, sensitive, and engaged from the very being. She always has the answers to my questions and absolutely a pro in taking care of customers and partners. She is great!!
