Trainer Mr. Debashish is providing a good understanding of concepts. Learning is easy & understandable. Mr. Viplav cleared all doubts very promptly & is a very responsible person. All clarities asked are resolved in a short time. Ms. Michelle is prompt in support & service response is very quick & good.

The modules are very accessible and easy to understand specially in my case that I had tons of Medical issues (being positive with Covid) and yet I was still able to access and review the lessons provided. Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)
