The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Trainer possessed Excellent knowledge and shared relevant examples wherever applicable. She has in-depth knowledge of Six Sigma and always provided examples and repeated the topic in case it was not understood by us on the first attempt. Kudos to Akhter Ma'am for her great knowledge. Informative training from Ms. Akhter. Could use more examples and exercises for statistical analyses. Her expertise on the subject matter was apparent. She also was very eloquent and fluent in English.
