A very informative and improved approach. Trainer Mr. Shashi Parakash was excellent in teaching patterns. A very good trainer. Arfa Shaheen how she dealt with and the response was extraordinary. However, I think it would be helpful if he could slow down his speech and enunciate more clearly. I would also appreciate it if IMC could provide transcripts of his lectures so that I can review them later. I believe that these changes would make the training more accessible to all learners, regardless of their language background.
