Mr Shashi is very well versed in Six Sigma and was able to explain clearly the concepts. He is able to maximize technology to teach Black Belt even though the session is remore. Rose is very accommodating. She helped me through the process and answered my questions. Though there are times her replies are delayed, probably due to timezone differences and she is more active in wechat or whatsapp than in viber. Program is very informative and helpful along the e-learning process. I get to know the topics easily because of a learning friendly videos and handouts. Trainer was very versatile and very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Counsellor was very attentive on questions asked and get to know your progress from time to time.

The training includes both theoretical and technical, they will show you how it is done in real life work, also set example for each step. The trainer was able to discuss the topics in the master class in a Layman's Terms. Hoping to get Blackbelt once I am finished with the Master Class. Ms. Rose is very helpful with regard to your inquiries and problems. She was able to guide me throughout the different training sessions. The service team was able to provide us the tools and notes that we may need upon request. Keep up the good work.
