Mr. Fasi was wonderful. He knew the topics well and lets the students participate in the lectures. He also addresses questions and inquiries for specified business sectors. Ms. Rose is always available for my needs and always accommodating my inquiries. The Service Team is always there to provide the information needed by the class.

Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The professor was a great help to achieve the certification. Easy understanding and explaining the concepts. Very professional. Very helpful and best assistant for proper guidance regarding the process. Very helpful and fast assistance if any clarification about the classes.

The trainer was excellent. but the material provided for the course was very not sufficient/ enough to understand the yellow belt as a beginner. I had to look for more material in other resources.
