The program and training material was comprehensive and well organized. The trainer Mr. Shashi was excellent in his field. Ms. Farheen Lodhi is a brilliant counsellor. She can encourage and instil hope in the client. She was very supportive throughout my training session. The service team was good and impulsive. I didn't feel any delay from the very beginning to the end of the program.

I had recently enrolled for Lean Six Sigma course at IMC. It was really an amazing professional learning experience . The trainer Akther Khan way of teaching was excellent and the examples/exercises she gave us were really helpful in understanding each and every topic of the curriculum. The program is very well suited during these challenging times where physical classroom training is not encouraged due to the dangers the pandemic (Covid-19) poses. Customer support was excellent and very professional. The training is systematically designed in such a way that Green Belts will gain the learning intended from the course.
