The aspect that I liked the most are the examples and scenarios used to illustrate the tools and system (MiniTab)The trainer is really competent and manages to explain the concept quite easily. it is also good to know that the trainer is available for the students. I did not take Greenbelt Training though I have background in Statistical research but Mr. Shashi explained everything like I was taking a Masters Degree in Statistics. Got certified after 10 years in Process Excellence. Rose is very prompt and accommodating.
