First of all, I want to thank IMC for the self-paced training in Green Belt Six Sigma. This training helps me to improve my critical and problem-solving skills. This kind of training helps a lot in solving problems and conducting process improvement in a more efficient way. It also helps to boost your confidence in improvement processes. One thing I really like about this training is that you can go back to your previous module and study again whenever you forget some details.

The training was easy, useful and informative. Though after listening to other trainers training course I felt there was still lot of aspects that could have been covered. I still appreciate the effort taken by our trainer to explain everything that was asked in our class. Ms.Vanshika is great help, I'm grateful for your time and guidance. The program has been really helpful and very detailed to cover Lean Six Sigma concepts. I appreciate Shashi for detailing it so well with practical examples, that had not just helped in understanding complex concepts while training but also replicable in real business problems. Surbhi has been extensively helpful to address any issues and concerns during the course. She has been prompt to respond on messages throughout the journey, which made the learning journey with IMC even more convenient. Michelle has been helpful so far to connect and liase with any issues.

Overall a very detailed and through program which helps me to get the basics of Lean & six sigma methodologies will surely help me in my professional career. The Counsellor and the Service Team were very helpful throughout the process.

A very professional and good trainer gives practical examples. However, in the exam, there were quite many topics not covered during the lectures and in some cases, different terminology was used in the exam vs the trainer, so it is very clear, that additional sources need to be studied besides the notes from Mr. Shashi Prakash. Very professional, responsive and caring counsellor, only the best feedback for Ms. Amina Sana.

The training was Excellent and very thorough with real life examples. I was able to learn the concept well. Ms. Archi is explaining and answering all my queries and is also able to explain the road map of the training well. The service team is very prompt and helpful in responding to and assisting with all sorts of queries.
