The trainer provided clear, concise, and straightforward presentations. She provided practical explanations of various topics and concepts. The program was very useful and relevant not only in aiding my professional competency/career but also to my personal outlook in life. The trainer was very accommodating, has indeed a subject matter expert with regards to her presentation and training materials, detailed oriented that makes every attendee understood.
