Excellent program, and very informative. I have participated in other LSSGB training programs before but this is the first time it actually made sense to me. I have a better appreciation of Minitab for one. Ms. Rose was very helpful, and always available for questions. I did not take Greenbelt Training though I have background in Statistical research but Mr. Shashi explained everything like I was taking a Masters Degree in Statistics. Got certified after 10 years in Process Excellence. Rose is very prompt and accommodating.

The overall context of the course is well structured. Trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash having more cognizance and the directive of his explication is more germane than any other trainer. His excellent guidance throughout the course help to achieve this LSSBB certificate. Ms. Michelle is always very helpful and gives motivation throughout the course.

Shashi Prakash was very articulate and good at summarizing points. The test scope was beyond the lecture which is both good and bad as it posts further challenges as well as incentives to expand the study scope of reading/study materials. The Service Team and Zeba were Amazing as always - very quick to respond.

To Surbi and Michelle, first of all, thank you for your support in achieving the certification. I must say I was lucky to register myself with IMC as the people I have worked especially Farhan has brought me cherish able experience. I am satisfied with the Program. Farhan and Surbi gave me and Amazing experience. Both of them has been in contact with me till the exam , supported even after their office time. Thumbs up for them.
