I highly commend IMC for the excellent training course, informative tools and curriculum. I highly commend Mr. Sashi Prakash for the excellent training for the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt course. He explained the concept very well, always gave clarity for every sample and was very approachable with any question. The Service Team is very approachable for any questions and concerns.

Mr. Kumar and Mr. Sashi are concise and well-versed in the subject matter. Learning tools are also very good. I have not only gained knowledge but a position in my organization because of the program. The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program was packed with knowledge and concepts that can definitely be useful for me in managing the continuous improvement program of my current organization. The post-training resources are also available for future reference. This will be favorable for everyone as we cannot just implement or use what we have learned from the program right away. The trainers executed the program well with their given intensive and extensive professional experience. Rose Ann De Luna is very professional- super accommodating and prompt in responding to my requests.

A wonderful teacher par excellence and the support from the team to coordinate and prepare for the exam is commendable as well. Ms. Surbhi Tiwari. Through every step, she has guided me correctly. Such a lot of patience she had with me and a great motivator whenever I felt I could not do it.
