The trainer Dr. Mohamed Said one of the most professional and respectful trainers I have ever dealt with. The Service Team had a perfect communication and quick response.

Although the course was interesting and informative but believe you mean that the exam was not very easy to clear. But the teaching method of the trainer and the understanding method of the trainee can make the result successful.
