The program and trainer is good. And Michelle has been extremely helpful and prompt in assisting. From ensuring all participants get up to date information to acknowledging and accommodating any last minute issues. Overall IMC staff is helpful and professional.

The program is really helpful and informative. It gave me tips on how the examination will look like and at the same time provided me tips on how to answer questions from the exam. Counsellor was really helpful everytime I have questions and even extended help for when I have clarifications.

Since I started and completed the LSSGB under IMC, it didn’t stop me to continue the learnings and move forward. IMC offers extensive trainings that suit your needs. They don’t leave their trainees behind and entertain all our queries and questions. With the help of IMC and Mr. Shashi Prakash I successfully completed the LSSBB (Black Belt) course that I can apply to my current role in manufacturing industry. The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Program is concise and very clearly instructed. Good introduction, but there are topics that were not covered or discussed thoroughly. Rose, my Counsellor is very good, her lectures are clear and points are well-demonstrated with understandable examples.
