Mr. Shashi was a very knowledgeable and engaging instructor. He explained all the topics well and shared/provided different practical scenarios to be easily understood by the trainee. Ms. Vaibhavi Telge was a very kind and welcoming kind of person. She makes us feel conformable at every stage of the process. She explains the process very clearly for better understanding. Mr. lislal trained us on all the concepts of PMP which were like an eye opener for me as to how we need to take a project and look into it... The training program was awesome. The program with IMC was excellent. It was well-rounded and was full of information. Online self-learning was very helpful to me since I have a very busy schedule due to this pandemic and completion of my master’s degree. The course provides reading materials which is a great help especially after the duration of the training, I have easy and accessible references that I can review for future actual applications. A very big thanks to the instructors, Mr. Shiven and Shashi, for an amazing experience who are competent and well-mannered presentation of the LSSGB course. My Counsellor Rose Ann de Luna is very helpful and approachable person. She quickly replies to all of my queries. I could have not taken the LSSGB without her dedication and passionate approach on persuading me to take the course.

Great concise and comprehensive notes/slides were provided. Dr Said has an excellent way of explaining the concepts in simple day-to-day examples. Overall, the course is life-changing and insightful! Amina is helpful and anticipates my needs, constantly asking me if I need assistance and following up. The Service Team is helpful, constantly asking the delegates how we are doing and if we need any assistance. One improvement is time management as there are many to cover in a short period of time and too much food :)
