It is a very detailed and intense program with educational video material and PDF documents. The video quality is great and the content depth is at a good level. It is more than my expectation. The LSSYB trainer Mr. Shashi Prakash gave clear explanations. Ms. Amina gave clear explanations, I am happy to be enrolled with IMC for LSS. The program was very rich in information and actionable inputs that can automatically be implemented and interfaced with my current work deliverables. It was supplemented by a very passionate trainer that was able to convey the message well in order for us to understand the material better. The counselor assigned to us was very understanding of our queries and situation especially during this pandemic.

The e-learning mode of training is very convenient, and very cost effective. It is suitable for those who do not have a fixed schedule. IMC's program is the fastest and easiest way to be certified in Lean six Sigma. The Master Black Belt Program has helped me become more adept in the methodologies of and the tools for lean six sigma; and I am now more confident in doing projects that would surely help my clients in ensuring that they maximize resources; prevent and control losses and variations; and ensuring that wastes, resource leaks, and risks are managed. I am also now confident in teaching and mentoring people new to the art and science of Lean six Sigma. The trainer is obviously an expert in the field particularly in the tools needed for Lean Six Sigma. My counsellor, Kritika who has been my counsellor when I was taking my Black belt course, is a very accommodating and helpful counsellor. Her patience and assistance is praiseworthy.
