When answering the questions of each student, he is very patient in explaining every detail of the answer, even if it means spending more time on a specific topic. He has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in the field of Lean Six Sigma, which I truly admire. As a professional, I have found Ms. Shurbi to be a very active, hardworking, and supportive individual. She helped ensure that my journey through the program, from enrollment to certification, was hassle-free. An excellent recommendation. Ms. Akther was very detailed in explaining the course. She ensures that everyone understands the topic before proceeding to the next. The counsellor and the Service Team were very accommodating.

Mr. Pankaj was simply amazing! He had a wealth of experience and expertise and was able to convey complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. I had an amazing experience with my program counsellor Ms. Arfa. She was attentive, understanding, and always willing to listen. The design of the program is really good which made learning easy. I have taken training from Mr. Shashi and Mr. Debasish they have been the best trainer. They have been the best in knowledge sharing. Thank you so much for providing the best training. When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support. The program was prepared well that made us to know about the basic essential course in the lean six sigma which will prepare us for its next levels. However, the trainer had an excellent method to explain and deliver the content of the course that made us to know much about the course.
