Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

The course was very interesting and Mr. Shashi has been giving us lots of examples of the real world which helped me to extrapolate it to my industry, so big thanks to Mr. Shashi for his time and patience as lots of questions have been asked Thanks also to Surbhi training coordinator for being very helpful to land a hand when asked, so 5 starts to you Surbhi.

The training program is very good and I will expect some more lectures to be attended which will be targeted towards more theoretical aspects which will help gain more insights. I would like to thank Akther for the Meaningful training and best practice for Lean Six Sigma.
