Highly recommended the IMC program for related careers. The program is very effective and helpful. The trainer made the class comfortable and interactive. Pankaj Chauhan is very articulate and provides examples for better understanding. Zainab and Michelle are very approachable and accommodating. They are very responsive to all queries.

The program was well-organized from start until the conclusion – the flow was clear, the instructor and the activities were engaging, the examples provided were relevant to the topics, and the pre-recorded materials and e-copies of the modules were also of great aid while taking the course. It’s nice to note that although the overall module was advanced in level, Ms. Jakther, our instructor, made it easy for us to process and digest with her clear discussions, and by providing real-life scenarios relevant to the discussion and related to our respective fields. With Ms. Jakther’s background, credentials, and dedication as a trainer, she is the perfect instructor for this course. Mr. Sashi Parkash did an exceptional job in presenting the material. He set up by explaining what he was going to teach us, summarized, and proceeded to teach, providing relevant real life examples. He found out what we handled and catered examples to us to make the Six Sigma Green Belt course meaningful.
