Learnt a lot from the program. The faculty was very knowledgeable. He was very understanding and maintained a very decent pace. Communication was very clear. Good course overall. Ms. Ashmeen was always available for support as we normally have a very hectic schedule and was finding it very difficult to balance and work and academics. She was there to guide me whenever I faced any issues. Fortunate to have such a good counsellor to help me in this process of certification. Great efforts by the Service Team.

There are a lot of learning from the session. Provided a lot of samples to be easily understood Counsellor: Approachable and easy to contact. Very helpful and accommodating.

I feel better equipped to manage after completing the course. This was my objective at the beginning. I would recommend the course as it provides good learnings on how to manage projects efficiently and gives simple yet powerful rules applicable to life. The workshop is practical and informative. Dr. Mohamed said (Knowledge For All - KFA ) is the best trainer for lean six sigma belts due to his simple and accessible style and information delivery. The program introduced me to basic information about lean six sigma and the DMAIC methodology, finding the root cause of problems, and sustaining improvement gains.

The context of the program is well written and easy to understand and it was well articulated by Mr. Shashi Prakash. Initially when I started LSSGB course Hanisha was the counselor and she always ensured that I get all the updates and she use to ensure that all the important items are communicated via SMS and she did update me the name of the other counselor who will take care of the activities in her absence however after that it was always me who use to reach out for any queries right from start of batch for LSSBB to activation of assessment.
