The Green Belt modules and lectures from IMC are great and articulate. The opportunity to have different trainers for e-learning made the course understandable and clear. Thank you also to IMC for giving an opportunity to attend complementary classes which is also an effective mode of teaching other than e-learning. With this, I was given a chance to interact with the trainer and co-trainees and paved the way to ask questions. The way the course is conducted with the training materials makes it easy to understand and to memorize all the relevant information, and practising with sample files in Minitab is very helpful in learning how/which method to use to analyze data. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before.
