The entire program and training are very encouraging and suitable for the anyone who takes it. Suggestion to have a simple exam on every trainer. The counsellor, Rose, is very accommodating and can be easily reached.

The trainer is very competent and patient particularly with trainees without Six Sigma background. He has taken steps to ensure that everyone understands from the basic concepts to application and practices. He has made himself accessible even outside training hours and has made the program and certification enjoyable and worthwhile. Kritika has been valuable from the moment I inquired about the program all throughout the training period, certification and even post certification. She is accessible and made herself available to answer my queries and concerns even though I took the program in December. Her guidance is an important aspect in my successful GB certification.

Mr. Shashi is a Great Mentor or Teacher for Six Sigma. i Already cleared LSSBB from other Institutions too, But Shashi Sir is out of the box person from all. Training is so lively with best Trainers and current Industrial examples. Counsellor is ready to help any time. Service team is Customer centric, particularly my Service Manager Suryansh has helped in every step whether it is small or big, he is ready to help.

I Thank the trainer for a great course. His presentation style is great with lots of opportunities to ask questions. He used the appropriate word to explain the concepts clearly. I appreciate Michelle for always listening to my questions and making me feel comfortable even though it was my first time doing a certification.
