It was a great program. Mr. Shashi is a knowledgeable expert on LEAN SIX SIGMA and explains all concepts in a manner it becomes easy to understand. The program and trainer are both very effective and efficient. It's a very useful program that explain very well the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma and the application of in Workspace. The KFA is very useful and enrich the knowledge of the methodology very well in it's students. Dr. Mohamed Said is very talented, patient and simplify the information. He has the time to do that and love what he is doing, so i face no issue understanding the information while the course. Very flexible and fast. Once I paid for the course, I got the notification. Once i had questions, i got a call from the manager and from the trainer as well to explain all my questions.

I think this is a great program to spread learning and make people professionally strong. Customer support is doing a good job in supporting us in every possible way.
