The entire program is competitive and challenging yet very informative and worth it. I chose the self-paced to ensure that I will be able to manage my time properly. Material wise, it is excellent because everything that I need is available. The trainers are well verse with their craft. They are entertain and answer question that can be easily understood. Ms. Rose is always welcoming and I commend her for taking the time to always answer my inquiries whether it is about the course, the certificate and other related things.

My overall feedback on the program is good, the customer support is always guiding you regarding the program, however, I hope they will make a sample test like a simulation test same with the actual PMP exam for us to master the question and be more prepared. The trainer is good he always answers and explained well whenever you had questions and I hope next time the class will be earlier. Thank you!

Mr. Pankaj was simply amazing! He had a wealth of experience and expertise and was able to convey complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand. He was also very approachable and supportive, which created a comfortable learning environment. I would definitely attend another program with this trainer. I had an amazing experience with my program counsellor Ms. Arfa. She was attentive, understanding, and always willing to listen. Her guidance helped me navigate through a challenging program, and I was able to achieve my goals with her support. I liked the system outlined in the LSSGB course and Mr. Shashi Prakash’s relaxed teaching style by delivering its content that was easy to understand, created interesting interactions and discussion activities and provided his own important examples used to illustrate certain techniques. I learned and enjoyed every minute. Thanks to IMC for a wonderful learning experience as well as my mentor Mam Zeba, for always being approachable and helpful.

Initially I never wanted to follow the 6 Sigma Green Belt, training but due to constant call from the sales staff i finally acceded, later on i followed the training under one instructor which i was not satisfied, I wanted to drop off from the course, it was Michelle who really encouraged and motivated me to do the training again offering me a free slot with Shashi, the instructor is excellent and he is one of the best i have ever experienced, Michelle was very help full whenever a text message is sent she was very quick to response and provide a very positive answer, because of the people of this caliber I have recommended the institute so many friends and looking forward to study more with your institute, I request the management to make a note of the two good assets your company posses Shashi and Michelle I wish IMC institute all the very best!

The program was designed excellently covering all the basics. Specially the trainer's notes are excellent. Mr. Shashi is an experienced trainer. The way he elaborates and communicates with the student explaining from zero level makes it easy for the student. Ms. Zeba was very supportive throughout the course. Honest to its commitment and course content. The quality of service was impeccable. Highly responsive to any issues. Determining to provide service even after the course expiry is highly appreciable.
