I enjoyed attending Mr. Sashi's class and learned a lot from him. He's very knowledgeable about the process. LSSBB is such a complex topic but Mr. Sashi was able to simplify most concepts that made the course more comprehensive. Thank you Rose for accommodating all my requests. Your service was exceptional! The program is brief but is very informative and complete. The program flow is not confusing and what I like most is that the actual materials used in the training are being shared to the class after the session so we can review what were discussed. The trainer has this skill of making difficult topics easy to understand. He made sure that everyone is in the same page and is clear on the topic before he moves to the next. Kudos to IMC for making these classes available to everyone regardless where you are in the world. Farhan is very reliable and approachable. He is very hands on when he attends to my queries and is always available for discussion when necessary.

It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. It has been a fruitful and a rewarding experience with IMC and I sincerely hope that this would continue in the days to come as well. Best wishes.

I am and will forever be grateful for the opportunity given to me by IMC Institute. Learning in the time of pandemic and self-development is necessary for us to be trained and be exposed in applying six sigma methodology to eliminate defects and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of resources and attain maximum profits. This doesn't only help me in my role as an operations manager but will help me understand the world, its people, and everything else that exists.
