The program was intense and quite difficult but very well handled and delivered by the trainer Professional and very helpful as always. Much appreciated, her availability and professionalism are outstanding. Little to no interactions. Probably because the counsellor did a great job and there was no need for further support.

CLSSGB program had a very detailed discussion on every aspect of the DMAIC. Though I availed the virtual, self-paced program, it was like I am also in an online class, since the uploaded video was a recorded actual online class. Rose is very persistent with offering the course to prospective clients that this persistence of hers made me decide to enroll with IMC. She had also made a follow-up regarding my status with the course, seeing to it that I will be able to finish it on time. Thanks, Rose for the assistance.

With the course we can improve the knowledge drastically & progress in career. The trainer Mr. Shashi is thoroughly professional & have effective skills to train effectively specially with more than 50 students & online mode he has done a great job. Very good instructor. He has 30 years of experience which is very visible when he talks. His sessions are full of lessons from his experience. He only needs to better concentrate on calculations. The sincereness of the counselors in this institute is the reason I decided to do my courses with them. They are very sincere, helped me, and advised me effectively whenever needed. They have great knowledge which helped me a lot. One fantastic value is that I could find them anytime; day and night. They are welcoming anytime.. Excellent job!

When I joined Nong Poirei was my 1st counsellor, he provided the best support until he was in the system. Then Suryansh Kaushik took over and he was the best at providing support when required. The most common in both the counsellor is giving motivation and being very active in responding to calls or messages. They never failed to answer or reply to my queries or support.
