Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer. The way he taught us during the course already shows how much of an expert he is on the field of Six Sigma. He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. The program is excellent with great customer support that is religiously giving her utmost assistance. The training is clearly communicated with regards to the set-up, schedule, outline, etc. The trainer as well as excellent knowledge on the subject and the teaching strategy is great as well as giving practical examples.

The trainer has great knowledge and experience. Everything is great the way he teaches and explains the concepts with real-life examples is exceptional. The program can be a little more challenging. I have got very fast responses whenever I had doubts. So he's been very helpful. It was an awesome experience overall.

Mr. Devarsh Mukarji is an amazing trainer with abundant knowledge. his explanation of the concept with realistic examples has given a type of practical experience while listening to the class.
