I am happy to share that I have been certified by IMC Institute as a Certified Lean Sigma Green Belt. The Program consists of 19 videos conducted by two well-known faculties in this field. Besides, the Mock test and various course materials provided by the Institute were really helpful to complete this course. I am so glad to complete the course and finished the final assessment on my first attempt. It equipped me with amazing new skills in Lean Principles, Testing, Analyses, Hypothesis, Process, and DFSS Tools. The content was comprehensive and informative, covering all the necessary topics in detail. The assignments were challenging but manageable. The trainer was engaging and enthusiastic, keeping us motivated and focused. The Counsellor was very attentive and took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my situation. He provided me with excellent guidance and practical advice about the course.

The Program was very helpful enabling me to further appreciate my current work and how to better improve it to become more efficient. Minor disruption was noted during the course of the virtual training (background noises from the Trainer) Shaza was very accommodating on all our concerns and assisted us despite no office. :)

He is a very approachable trainer and very patient at that as well. He was able to break down complex ideas used within LSS on a level that even people without prior knowledge on statistics can appreciate what is being discussed. Even if many of the things taught on the course were already part of our curriculum as an Industrial Engineer - on this program, and with the expertise of Mr Shashi - I am able to appreciate all this knowledge on a different level, much better than how I understood it before. It is definitely a very fruitful journey - one that is beyond what I expected before I took this course with IMC. Mr Shashi Prakash is a very great trainer.
