It was really very nice in terms of good faculty having a rich experience which can see his speech and briefing, interactive sessions, every topic with relevant examples, the opportunity for everyone to speak and briefing still everyone to satisfy. Assurance to ask any doubts after training classes. Very micro briefing about the examination. Very relevant. I hope this will help me to improve my personal development.

The training program helped me to understand the Lean and Six Sigma techniques and the program covered all the required areas of the Six Sigma course. The course helped me to understand DMAIC techniques and learned statistical approaches on how to reduce the variations and also learned the lean techniques for Identification and elimination of waste in the process without compromising the quality. The trainer was excellent in teaching. He cleared my doubts very promptly. I would like to say thank you!

My sincere gratitude goes out to Mr. Shashi for all of the time, effort, and care he has put into training us and guiding us through this program. I owe Ms. Amina a lot for the constant encouragement she provided.

Though I am exposed to continuous improvement programs and processes, the program at first is very challenging, especially for me that has not taken the primary stages (Yellow or Greenbelt), but Mr. Shashi has made the learning experience comfortable and the grasp of concepts very easy. Our batch has very diverse backgrounds, but he was able to put it in a perspective that everyone can adapt and relate easily. Thanks to Mr. Shashi for sharing his expertise and for the support and guidance. Rose is very responsive to concerns and queries, and timely in providing assistance.

Overall, I found the training informative and engaging, and I appreciate the effort you put into creating the program. I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your time and support during our counselling sessions. Your guidance and insight have been invaluable in helping me work through my challenges and make progress towards my goals. Excellent program and trainer. Rose Ann de Luna is very accommodating, nice, and most especially she rendered the fastest and best quality service beyond my expectations as my counselor. She is an excellent counselor and I recommend her for that.
