Although I have already learned a few of the topics during my recent Master's Degree. I have still learned a lot in the course even if I only availed of the Virtual Learning Course. The trainer in Virtual Recording is very knowledgeable in teaching the course and in the practice of Lean and Six Sigma. Honestly, Taking up the Black Belt course is not on my list of certifications I want to pursue, but PMP is. However as advised by the Counsellor (Rose Ann De Luna), that I should pursue first the Black Belt certification as a preparation for the PMP certification. I am glad I listened. Also, Rose is very responsive to all my queries, she immediately responds to all my messages considering the difference in time zones.

Ms. Akhter training and guidance helped in understanding concepts easily. Amazing way of breaking down concepts. Her sessions were engaging. Would highly recommend her. James is an amazing person, kind and approachable. He has been very supportive and understanding until now. The servicing team is always at its best. Superb coordination and we'll organize team. Happy to be associated with James and IMC team. Michelle and Zainab are Amazing people to interact with. Friendly and cooperative. Very impressed with the follow ups and information and guidance provided through the learning course.

The program is very well written and easy to understand i would like to thank everyone involved, and special thanks to Mr. Pankaj for his simple and well explained lectures. Miss Surbhi did a great job guiding me through all the processes and registration so a big thanks to her.

The CLSSBB course is an outstanding course for anyone who wishes to enhance their leadership skills and climb-up in their careers. This course is impressive and interesting that it would not divert your attention from its initiation till the last day of the course. Despite the vastness of the course content, IMC has made it specific for easy learning and enables you to grasp as much as you want, both theoretically and with exercises on software. IMC has prolific trainers and I was amazed by the training method of Mr. Debasish Banarjee. I have taken the recorded classes of his 8 Days sessions and trust me it was as good as live virtual class. IMC staff has been extremely cooperative and supportive throughout the course and keeps you satisfied totally. I thank the entire team of IMC for their support. The counsellor Ranjeet has been wonderful – she is so compassionate and skilled. She seemed to really understand my needs and listen to me. Her advice and way of communicating has been really helpful and she has never seemed upset. I haven't been able to put things into practice.

Excellent trainer. He explained and give real world examples which is relatable and easy to understand. He is resourceful and has a clear PPT presentation.
