It has been nearly a year since I started conducting Lean Six Sigma training sessions for IMC. It has been a great experience interacting with the IMC team and I must place on record my appreciation for the professionalism displayed by them right from scheduling the sessions, checking on the trainer availability till the completion of the batch. During the course of the training sessions, the IMC team is available for any support that the trainer or the trainee may require. Since all other logistic arrangements relating to conduct of a training batch are completely taken care by the IMC team, the trainer can totally focus on performing the core part, ie. Training. It has been a fruitful and a rewarding experience with IMC and I sincerely hope that this would continue in the days to come as well. Best wishes.

It was an enriching experience with IMC's Lean six sigma black belt course. The training was executed very professionally, it allowed open discussion with practical examples by trainer Rohit Virmani... which made it easier to successfully complete the Lean Six Sigma Black belt at the first attempt. The entire Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course was very instrumental in gaining a learning edge and enhancing my career opportunities. My journey through six sigma from white to green belt provided me with the knowledge and the technical skills needed to excel drastically in my career from mid-level management to top-level management. Acquiring my black belt sealed my position to be part of the executive team and moving forward, by acquiring my Master Black Belt with IMC, I am more confident than ever to spearhead value creation and profit maximization for all the organizations I am connected with, advocating and championing innovation and continuous improvement. I'm looking forward to enrolling in other training programs with IMC.
